Standard Usage

We do not actively collect any statistics from our mobile application unless you explicitly give us permission.

Booking a table

When you submit a request to book a table, all the data you've entered, plus your IP Address and the device OS (iOS or Android) is stored. This data is sent to staff at the Angel Spice to ensure your table is booked. We may contact you using the details you've provided but only to confirm details about your booking or inform you about an issue with your booking.

This data is automatically deleted once you're booking has finished (typically after you've had your meal). We will only keep this information if we are required to do so by law (e.g. court order).

If you fail to turn up for your booking without notice and we cannot get in contact with you, a hashed version of your details may be kept. From this, we cannot tell who you are but we can identify you if you try to make another booking. This is to prevent multiple false bookings being placed.

If we try to get in contact with you concerning your booking and cannot do so, your booking may be voided.

Data requests

You can request erasure or make a Subject Access Request by contacting us via email. Please include enough details so we can properly identify you. Note that we cannot provide details such as hashed data because this has been designed to be irretrievable.
